Terms & Policies – Thirteen Hair Studio
At Thirteen Hair Studio, we’re committed to providing every client with a high-quality, relaxing, and professional experience. To help us keep things running smoothly and fairly for both our clients and team, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our policies.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone, or via email at thirteenhairstudio@gmail.com.
To secure your booking, we may require a deposit for certain services, particularly colour, balayage, or bridal hair appointments.
Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged at 100% of the booked service cost.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
The full service cost may still apply for shortened appointments.
Colour Services
All new colour clients are required to have a skin patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment.
Without this, we will be unable to carry out your colour service for health and safety reasons.
Children & Guests
We welcome children, but please be aware that our salon environment includes hot tools and sharp equipment. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times.
Refunds & Adjustments
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a complimentary adjustment.
Product purchases can only be refunded or exchanged if unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide will be kept secure and used only for managing your appointments, in line with our Privacy Policy.
